Standard check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Guests who book direct at Shepherds Cottage or Cozy Coastal Townhouse receive an exclusive earlier check-in from 3pm and later check-out by 11am. At Afan Forest Retreat, early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

Shepherds Cottage and Cozy Coastal Townhouse are in the Bridgend area, usually around 10–15 minutes by car from Porthcawl and its beaches. Afan Forest Retreat is in Cymmer, with direct access to the Afan Forest trails, and Aberavon Beach is approximately 20 minutes away by car.

Most bookings have a minimum stay of 2 nights, although this may vary depending on the season and property.
